How does Confide AI work?
The entire infrastructure is based on physical servers located exclusively within the European Union (Poland, Germany, and France), ensuring full compatibility and jurisdiction with European data protection law.
For each client, we create a dedicated, isolated execution environment within a Kubernetes cluster, hardware-secured using AMD SEV-SNP, Intel TDX, and NVIDIA GPU-CC confidential computing technologies.

Within the hardware enclaves, the selected language model is executed. From this point on, both queries and responses are fully encrypted. No one - including the system administrator or cloud provider - has access to the processed data.
Full Anonymization Mode
Personal and sensitive data are permanently deleted before sending a query to the language model.
Pseudo-Anonymization Mode
Data is replaced with random tokens. The model's response is automatically restored to its original form - the user sees the full, real-world data.
